ALL BY MYSELF
This week has once again been a busy one. On Sunday my mom and I ran errands around Modiin followed by lunch at Angelo's-yum Halumi Salad! We came home just in time for GILA and Ariella's playdate/last tutoring session of the year! Kappaim L'GILA! (You did an outstanding job with Meira!!! ) In the late afternoon I went to Rami Levi ALL BY MYSELF!! (This was unfortunately the highlight of my week!) there were no lines and I was able to use a cart instead of just having the space below the snap n'go. Moshe had his last English Chug. He had a great year with Morah Helen and he is now able to read. Now we just have to keep up his reading over the summer.
On Monday my mom and I went to the Mall to get some things she wanted to buy while she was here followed by lunch at Cafe Joe. We did some cooking in the afternoon to prepare for dinner. Our good friends the Geldmans were coming for dinner. I ran out before I started to grill to go to Misrad Hapnim ALL BY MYSELF to have Merav's English birth certificate corrected. The Geldman's came for dinner and a good time was had by all. We really enjoyed having them and the food, if I do say so myself was all delicious.
Which brings us to today. Today was the first morning in a long time that I did not wake up early and run out of the house. Today was also, the last day of school. Meira returned home first at 11:45 with an excellent report card. Only Alefs!!! We are so proud of her!! She did really well this year. After she through all of her papers all over the dining room table she declared that she needed a falafel and since Moshe wasn't coming home until 1:30 we could run out and get back in time. So we went to Ofer Falafel for a very quick lunch. I dropped off my mom with Meira and Merav and then headed out to pick up Moshe (and the other boys from our block ) and Michali. We were very sad saying good-bye to Margalit. Michali had a wonderful year and we will really miss her :( We then picked up Moshe, who ran out of gan and never looked back. I can't believe another year has flown by. Now we just have to survive the summer. Moshe went to a birthday party and I headed back out to Rami Levi (don't ask) ALL BY MYSELF, only this time it wasn't as exciting. When I got home we got ready for the pool and I took Meira, Moshe and Michali to the pool ALL BY MYSELF. It wasn't as difficult as I had anticipated. Meira was off with some girls from her class. Moshe is a great swimmer. He can really hold his own. He stayed close to me and Michali and we all had a great time. We stayed for a little over an hour and then headed back for dinner and showers. Tomorrow is the first day of Chofesh HaGadol! Michali is starting at Gan Dina tomorrow. It's the gan we did not want to send her to for the year, but I hope it will be okay for the next 5 weeks. Meira and Moshe have a day off before staring camp with the Yishuv. The camp meets in the same place as they have been all year for school. I hope they will have a good time. Tomorrow we will hopefully find something fun today. Stay tuned!!
